CDN errors. Suspect they have server issues as cache persist no matter how to clear caches. Used different PCs and browsers even clear cache from server end doesn't help. Restore site from their backups totally destroyed our site. Ended up in fatal error beyond repair. Customer service persons usually ask questions to answer our questions. Respond is slow and not effective. Sometimes they stop responding after question our question. Cancel subscription is also very bad. Customer service ask questions and feedbacks again after we clearly requested plan cancellation. Still not go ahead with our cancellation request. Then ask us to raise another ticket to cancel. Then we raised another ticket with more details as they requested. It has been 11 days. No one respond our ticket since then. They might drag us into next billing circle or never reply. Hopeless company!

I booked a free trial that needs a business email. Registered the account and had to contact support to activate it. Tried to configure test websites and I couldn't access the WordPress dashboard. Again, had to contact support via live chat to fix it. Waited for like 3 hours. Then, I decided to ask a few technical queries and live chat couldn't give me an answer. They told me to open a ticket for the technical team to respond. I did so under ticket number #10610.==> 24 hours later, there was no response. Three days later, no response. I reached out to live chat, and they promised to push the technical team to respond. Okay, it's almost a week later and still no response. Now imagine if I had a production website and it's down and I need urgent help? My trial ends today and I won't bother upgrading it.

At first, it was a very good hosting. I thought I made the best decision for my websites. I will never have to move away. though they don't offer any kind of email solution, still I was okay. I was using their hosting and for email used Outlook 365. After a few months, everything got upside-down. 1. Worst support channel: The support is horrible. The worst I have ever seen. I had to literally cry for a solution regarding my websites. Every day I faced downtime of 4-5 hours. They didn't solve anything. They don't even reply to any support tickets. The only option works is live chat channel and 70-80% of the time the response will be "We will get back to you." Then never get back. 2. Zero support/ticket system: Their support/ticketing system doesn't work. I opened multiple tickets. Never got a single reply. Zero at all! 3. Server issues: They always have a few common issues. Firstly, always a read-write permission issue. You have to manually reset permission from the control panel every time. Secondly, server-level caching issues. Server-level cache stuck frequently. You always have to manually clear the cache from nestify panel. Thirdly, the downtime is horrible. I always hosted 3-4 websites at max. I thought it was maybe due to heavy load- though none of websites cross even 1000 traffics and the server was dedicated 2 CPU-4GB ram one as per their plan. I removed some sites and the final number was just 3 low traffic sites. Still I faced downtime everyday. At one point the downtime was for 13-14 hours long. I was done with them then. I asked to cancel the plan and their was another horrible experience. 4. Horrible cancellation experience: I asked for a cancellation 20 days ago. I lost trust in their support. So I contacted multiple times for a cancellation confirmation. At one point, they confirmed in the live chat that the cancellation is processed. It won't be auto-renewed on 9 April. Yet today I get a mail of auto-renewal. I don't know what to say at this point! Fortunately, there was not enough foreign currency in my account, so I have not been charged yet. I really lost all my words. It seems like I'm trying to run away, but they are still haunting me. --- I opted in for nestify because the review here was good. In fact I got good services too for a few months. That's why I'm giving 2-STAR instead of 1-star. But after that the downward slope was so steep, it forced me to cancel their service. Not recommended at all.

I used Nestify.io migration service on their 7 day trial. They first migrated to a staging environment where it all appeared to migrate fine. They then transferred the staging site to the live environment. I ran a page speed test and found the page took more than twice as long to load vs my original host. I then discovered that the migration from the staging site to the live environment did not update all the image and internal page and post URLs. Every page was linking out to the staging site. This meant I had to manually go through each page and correct ever image and internal link. All this before the end of the 7 day trial.

I would go for any cheap shared hosting but not Nestify. They have excellent servers but completely spoiled the business with the incompetent support team. They could not make my site live even after 2 days. They will reply to your chat after 15-20 minutes, and in the end, there is no solution. Completely useless support team but the best hosting infrastructure. Thanks

the services were betteearlier , now getting worst since their systems are not working propery , every day there is site crash , they have hidden policy of phpworkers which limits your site s to crash .

I bought a wordpress site hosted on Nestify, I wanted to access the DNS settings but couldn't do it within the platform. Contacted support for help - they were fast to respond but couldn't help me access the DNS settings. After that my site went down and they couldn't understand why it did, they just told me to point the DNS records to their address in my domain registrar but that didn't work either. It has been a few days of me following up with them trying to resolve the issue but just getting the same response - DNS is not pointing to us, even though I did point it manually per their instructions... Thus, I decided to host my site on another hosting provider, where I have full control of all the settings. Unfortunately I have lost some of the installed themes & plugins so I need to do a lot of work from scratch. I am currently Trying to cancel my subscription from Nestify as I won't be using their services anymore. I say "trying to cancel" since in their platform there is no option to manage or cancel your subscription and support suggested I open a ticket. I did and had to follow up in 5 days and also create another ticket, both of which are "Being Processed".

Completely dropped the ball when site was hacked. I asked them to restore the site to a backup before it was hacked, they just restored it to a hacked version backup. When I told them that is not the site, they argued and said it was. Last I checked, a pediatrician's website doesn't look like some random agency services webpage. They went radio silent after I pointed that out. Thankfully, I had enough experience and foresight to have a clean backup file on my local machine, and used that to restore the site on a new host. I used Nestify for years for various small clients. I since switched to Digital Ocean and never looked back. Do not use this hosting service if you hold any value for your web content.

My site was not working. On reporting to support team they were able to identify quickly that it is infected with some malware. They removed it and resolved the issue in no time.

These people create more problems than they fix. I switched from WP-Engine to Nestify but it's been nothing but constant issues. 1. The migration staff didn't migrate the site properly from the start, I had to manually fix a lot of issues because usually the staff doesn't have a clue on how to fix things. 2. There would be a constant loading issue with my website so instead of fixing it, they just suggested random things which negatively impacted my SEO and then they took zero responsibility for it. 3. Today was the final straw for this review...they rolled out a CDN update that doesn't support special TLDs. What do they think they did first? They blamed me instead of figuring it out. They always blame the customer first before getting off their butt and fixing it. The only support staff that actually knows anything is Ravi. The other two just break your site and blame you for nestify issues. UPDATE (a week since I made the original review): Something else broke on their side, AGAIN! Error during session start; please check your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser. session_write_close(): write failed: No space left on device (28) session_write_close(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/lib/php/sessions)

I recently migrated 7 sites to a new Nestify account. The experience was seamless and whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly and correctly. I say I migrated, but really Nestify support did all of the heavy lifting. So far, I've switched 3 different clients to Nestify and in each case, I've been glad I did! Quick Response 100% Fixed every time

I was having an issue setting up my account so I emailed support at 11:12pm last night (New years eve). I was shocked when I got a response from a human 3 minutes later @ 11:15pm. This is almost unheard of and I haven't even given them a dollar yet, I was activating the free trial. Anyone thats been around web development knows how painful it can be working through issues with hosting support. This alone is enough for me to give 5 stars.

Customer Support at Nestify is the best I have experienced in my 10 years of website development. Recently, one of our clients had his site shut down because the host (not Nestify) had installed a new anti-virus software without informing their clients. They installed the software on a Friday night, and the site was inaccessible by Saturday morning. Support over the weekend was nonexistent. By Tuesday the site was back up, but edits were still blocked. Contrast that experience with Nestify support. They are available whenever they are needed. They are quick to respond and helpful regardless of the question or need. A transcript of the conversation always arrives in my inbox, and the past chats are accessible from the chat box on my dashboard. Unfortunately, they don't offer the Windows servers my client needs or we would have migrated the site last weekend. Trust me, Nestify support is the absolute best in the business.

I want to give a negative star to nestify. Server performance is never stable and super slow taking 75sec to load the site. The actual site load time is 3 Sec. Support response time is 1 hour. and they will never find the issue. they will restart the server, clear the cache, and tell you now it's working fine. Suppose you are professional and using a fully optimized woocommerce store. If you run ad campaigns you will lose your money time and effort. I will suggest you never go with nestify.

Update review Sites were down daily, SSL problems, and worse of all I found out via chat they are using digital Ocean to store data when their was a DO outage that took down websites they host. They also are doing something to make speed tests perform better as any website they host cannot be testing on Pingdon. Avoid this scam hosting. I was on their medium plan too
