You can easily backup your core WordPress database tables. You can also backup other tables in the same database. You can select how the backup will be delivered from the two options:

  1. You can download to your computer. A download link will be created so that you can download the backup from your browser.
  2. You can choose an email address where the backup will be sent. If the backup file is too big, it can’t be sent through email.
